Terms & Conditions – PHN SkillHub

2.1

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.

2.2

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2.3

If you are registering on behalf of an institution or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.1

Users are required to register by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username/password/OTP).

3.3

You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify PHN in case of unauthorized access

3.4

PHN reserves the right to:

• Verify user details at any time
• Suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information

4.1

PHN Skillhub is intended strictly for personal, educational, and lawful use.

4.2

Users shall NOT:

• Share or resell login access
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Record or download sessions without permission
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or servers
• Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities

4.3

Any violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination
• Legal action where applicable
• No refund of fees

5.1 Sole Payment Authority

PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. is the exclusive service provider and payment collection entity for all programs listed on PHN Skillhub. No institute, partner, or third party is authorised to collect payments on behalf of PHN unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

All payments must be made through official payment gateways available on the platform.

5.3

PHN is responsible for:

• Payment processing
• Issuance of invoices and receipts
• Payment-related support

5.4

PHN shall not be liable for:

• Payments made through unofficial channels
• Payments made to third parties without authorisation

5.5 Payment Confirmation

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment
• Users will receive a confirmation email and invoice/receipt
• Access to services will be granted post confirmation

5.6 Fees and Taxes

• All fees are exclusive/inclusive of GST as applicable
• Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law
• A valid tax invoice will be issued by PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd.

5.7 Registration / Booking Fee

• Any registration or seat booking fee is strictly non-refundable
• This fee ensures reservation of a seat in the program

6.1 General Rule

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6.2 Exception – Program Cancellation by PHN

In case PHN cancels a program:

• Users may opt for: Transfer to another batch/program, OR Refund of the paid amount (excluding payment gateway charges)

6.3

No refund will be provided for:

• No-shows
• Partial attendance
• Change of mind

8.1

Certificates will be issued only upon:

• Successful completion of course requirements
• Submission of assignments/projects (if applicable)
• Meeting attendance criteria

8.2

PHN reserves the right to:

• Withhold or revoke certification in case of misconduct, cheating, or non-compliance

10.1

All content on PHN Skillhub, including:

• Course materials
• Videos
• Study resources
• Branding

is the exclusive property of PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd.

10.2

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying or redistributing content
• Commercial use of materials
• Creating derivative works without permission
